Each camper in the class was given an opportunity to pilot this plane with the help of instructors Clifton Brooks and Greg Thompson. They also took a few other campers and staff along for the ride in the back seat of the plane!

Some of the flight class students just couldn't hide their enthusiasm.  He may have gotten the air plane back to solid ground, but this camper is still flying high!

Meanwhile, back at the camp, the Secrets of the Sea class tries out their snorkeling equipment on land before exploring the depths of Lake Roosevelt.

Mrs. Evert and her class may not find the "secrets of the sea" here, but she helps them to unlock some of the secrets of FDR Lake when they put their snorkeling knowledge into practice.
