APPLICATION PROCESS
Submit a completed application form, accompanied by $100 which will be applied toward your total fundraising requirement. If your application is not accepted the deposit will be returned. Space is limited, and applications will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Send in your application early! We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
An information packet will be sent to accepted participants, containing many important details about travel and preparation.
Due October 15, 2010:
- Half of your fundraising goal ($1,100). Airline tickets cannot be purchased until these funds have been received.
- A notarized parental permission form for all minors.
- A photocopy of the title (first and second) pages of your passport. Please note: Your passport must be valid through September, 2011.
Due December 31, 2010:
- The balance of your fundraising goal.
