Reaching the “5–13 Window” for Christ!
The verdict is in: By far the most effective “window” of time for reaching others with the gospel is between the ages of 5 and 13. In fact, research by the Barna Institute shows that children between the ages of 5 and 13 are more than five times more likely than adults to make a lifelong commitment to Christ.
Wonderful evangelistic programs have been developed for adults. Now, Young Disciple’s Truth 4 Youth DVD series gives you the tools and resources you need to present a full evangelistic program to the single most important population group we can reach with the gospel message.
Here’s what’s included in each of the 26 programs in the Truth 4 Youth package:
-
Beautifully-illustrated programs with full scripts, available in DVD and PowerPoint format.

Which version should you use?
The PowerPoint and DVD versions of Truth 4 Youth function the same way – they are designed to be “preached” using the provided scripts. (Both PowerPoint and DVD versions are included in package.)
The DVD version is easier to use since the DVD disc is simply inserted into a DVD player and the images are advanced by simply clicking the button on the remote to advance to the next slide in the program. This version cannot be changed, individual slides cannot be eliminated nor can other material be added. This version can be used for small or large groups by simply plugging the DVD player into a TV for viewing, or by sending the signal to a projector. Most newer computers have DVD-compatible drives so this version can also be run on most newer computers. You will still need a computer to print out the sermon scripts, songbook and other supporting materials. This DVD version does not play like a movie or video, it must be preached using the included scripts. Choose this version if you are not very technically inclined and want an easy program to run. It costs the same as the PowerPoint version.
The PowerPoint version requires the PowerPoint software which can be downloaded from the internet if you have not already purchased it. This version requires a higher level of technical skill but is the most popular program. Using the PowerPoint software slides can be added or deleted. Choose this version for larger groups or when you wish to make changes to the program. Usually use of this version requires also using an LCD projector to project the image onto a screen.
Sermon Synchronizer (Version 1.0 Only).Version 1.0 buyers may call the office if in need of a replacement Sermon Synchronizer for a previous version 1.0 purpose. (Version 2.0 utilizes the Presenter View function of PowerPoint which replaces the Sermon Synchronizer.)
